Disrupting Bias: Cultivating Inclusivity

Facilitated by Natalie Bell, people + culture consultant, this interactive session is designed to go beyond awareness and into action. Using a mix of presentation, group discussion, real-world scenarios, and role-playing, participants will explore how bias shows up in their work - and how to disrupt it. We will unpack how bias impacts decision-making, team dynamics, and leadership practices. Participants will leave with tools and strategies to leave more inclusively and foster a culture of respect, equity, and collaboration.

Who Should Attend: This is an opportunity to transform your approach to leadership and create a more inclusive, equitable workplace. The workshop is intended for business owners, managers, and associates. With only 30 seats available, we encourage a maximum of two members per office/organization. This is a chance to get personal insights and actionable strategies to enhance your leadership in an engaging and collaborative environment.
