Welcome Gillian Kolody!



BEAP is thrilled to welcome Gillian Kolody (she/her) to the Executive Committee!


Learn more about Gillian:

Gillian Kolody completed her BA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Winnipeg in 2023, she is in the midst of completing her Master of City Planning at the University of Manitoba. Her capstone research focuses on outdoor spaces that are designed and planned with and for girls. Since summer 2024, Gillian has had the opportunity to work for the Rural Municipality of Taché as a planner. After graduating, she hopes to continue to work as a professional planner in Manitoba. In her free time, she enjoys knitting, traveling, and immersing herself in the Winnipeg food scene.
