Lara is an Account Executive with Lightform, where she works closely with the architecture and design community to provide decorative and architectural lighting solutions that elevate and inspire. Coming up on a decade of experience in A&D sales, she brings a deep appreciation for thoughtful, inclusive design and the power it holds to shape our spaces—and our stories. Outside of work, Lara is passionate about creating a more equitable and welcoming design industry for all. As a mother of two daughters, she’s committed to championing representation, empathy, and empowerment in both her personal and professional life. She finds joy in gardening, spending time outdoors with her family, and advocating for spaces that feel as good as they look.
